1. Acknowledgment of Inherent Risks – Indoor Play Only
I understand that indoor activities at Little Amigos Club, including but not limited to gross motor play, creative movement, music, dance, and free play, carry inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to, tripping, falling, bumps, scratches, or other injuries that can occur during normal indoor play. While staff takes reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment, I acknowledge that accidents may happen. I voluntarily accept all risks associated with indoor participation during drop-in hours.

2. Supervision & Drop-Off Policy
I understand that the Little Amigos Club is a drop-off service, and that my child(ren) will be under the supervision of staff only during their scheduled drop-in session (maximum 2 hours). I agree to drop off and pick up my child(ren) on time and understand that staff are not responsible for children outside of these scheduled hours.

3. Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages—known or unknown—that may occur as a result of my child(ren)'s participation in Little Amigos Club indoor play activities.

4. Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge Bilingual Nature Academy LLC, its owners, staff, volunteers, and affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to my child(ren)’s participation in this indoor drop-in program, including claims of ordinary negligence.

6. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in Washington State courts.

7. Acknowledgment of Understanding
By signing below, I certify that I am the legal parent or guardian of the child(ren) listed, have read this waiver in full, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to all terms.
